The group meditation includes an introduction, an energy clearing, and group shares afterwards. Divine wisdom is also embedded in the meditation. Each meditation is about an hour.
For optimal results, set an intention before listening to the meditation. Listening to the meditation more than once allows you to go deeper and address different conscious and unconscious patterns that hinder you from fulfilling your dreams and desires.
